Workshop on Upskilling for Diverse Groups

On behalf of Gdańsk University of Technology, we invite you to participate in the WP2 workshop “Upskilling for Diverse Groups”, taking place online on 11 April 2025 at 10:00 AM.

This 1.5-hour session aims to identify the challenges and needs of individuals with functional diversity, fewer opportunities, and diverse backgrounds. The workshop aims to gather valuable insights to help shape upskilling programs tailored to the needs of these groups. The information collected during the workshop will also contribute to a scientific publication containing practical recommendations.

The workshop is intended for:

• Diversity & Inclusion staff

• HR and Upskilling departments

• Researchers interested in diversity and upskilling
