The activities of the ENHANCE Alliance are complementary to the tasks carried out under the project “ENHANCER+ – support for short forms of education of students and employees of the Warsaw University of Technology in the international environment of the ENHANCE Alliance”.

The project is aimed at students, academics and professional academic staff. It responds to three main needs and challenges of modern universities:

• development of innovative educational offerings;
• digital transformation;
• support for students and future graduates in their career paths. 

ENHANCER+ consists of 8 tasks divided into three clusters:

• tasks at the strategic and management level – harmonization of short-form education systems, meetings of ENHANCE Alliance management staff and persons responsible for diversity issues at the alliance partner universities;
• tasks covering various innovative short-form education and opportunities for improving competences for students of ENHANCE Alliance universities (including micro-credentials and hybrid workshops);
• tasks involving short-form education and opportunities for improving competences for academic teachers and professional administrative staff (including mentoring sessions for entrepreneurs or language tandems).

The project is financed under the European Funds for Social Development program, NAWA program Support for European Universities, project number FERS.01.05-IP.08-005/23. It will be implemented from October 2024 to September 2026.
