By combining keynotes, symposium presentations, round tables, and workshops, the winter school creates a stimulating environment where participants can sharpen their own research, exchange ideas across disciplines, and develop comparative insights that lead to joint outputs.

We warmly invite PhD candidates from WUT to submit an  abstract of 150–200 words  based on their ongoing research and aligned with one or more of these lenses. The Winter School combines an online preparation phase with a five-day on-site programme of symposium and workshops, is accredited with  4 ECTS  by the Doctoral Academy of RWTH Aachen University, and is financially supported through the ENHANCE Alliance and ERASMUS+.
