This is your chance to meet members of ENHANCE Diversity coming from all over Europe to Warsaw. You will have the opportunity to meet members of the ENHANCE Diversity Office from all 10 member universities and connect with other colleagues from Warsaw. This will also be a great opportunity to learn more about the ENHANCE Alliance and its diversity and inclusion activities. 

We (ENHANCE Diversity Office) want to organise this event where we want to invite local stakeholders at the university to join us and discuss with us topics related to inclusion, diversity and equity (IDE) in our alliance. IDE matters us all. 

The first part will include an inspirational keynote panel with representatives from ENHANCE universities. The short keynote will explore the mainstreaming and upscaling potential of our initiatives and it will explore the potential impact of our work in ENHANCE. 

The second and the main part right after the short keynote panel will consist of the interactive OPEN SPACE workshop, moderated by Melih Özkardes, Head of the ENHANCE Diversity Office. The Open Space workshop will explore how can we upscale and mainstream IDE in ENHANCE and create real impact?
