An hour-long training session for ENHANCE Alliance students and employees will provide an opportunity to learn about and manage our own biases that we are not always aware of.

We all have implicit biases. They can lead to discrimination, exclusion, inequality, injustice and even racism. Sometimes we don't notice the impact they have on our opinion or the performance of the team we are part of. It is worth being aware of them.

The 60-minute training is designed to help participants become aware of their own biases, understand them - so that they don't influence their decision-making process. 

The workshops are held periodically, once a month. They are conducted online, on the Zoom platform.
