Enrollment for the Disrupting the Corridor. New Scenarios for Water/Ground Mobilities (Erasmus+ BIP) - DEADLINE 7.06.2026
The Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme “Disrupting the Corridor. New Scenarios for Water/Ground Mobilities” is an interdisciplinary learning opportunity that aims at investigating how water, land, and energy infrastructures interact across the Adriatic land-sea basin, particularly focusing on the terraqueous corridor between Albania and Italy.
Led by Politecnico di Milano in collaboration with ENHANCE partner universities ETH Zurich, RWTH Aachen, TU Berlin, TU Delft and UPV Universitat Politècnica de València, this course seeks to challenge and reframe the concept of mobility corridors not as mere physical routes but as hydrosocial and energetic flows.
Working in multidisciplinary, international teams, students will combine archival research, spatial ethnography, and research-by-design to co-produce an “Atlas of Stories”, a collective document of relational cartographies and speculative scenarios that can be translated into actionable policy and design strategies.
For whom?
Master’s and PhD students with an advanced academic background in spatial, territorial, and socio-environmental studies, particularly those interested in infrastructure, territorial transformation, and critical spatial practices.
The programme follows a blended learning format combining online preparation with an immersive on-site experience in Milan:
· Remote sessions will be delivered on 01/09/2026, 18/09/2026, 2/10/2026 for a total of 22 hours.
· On-site classes will be held at Politecnico di Milano from 07/09/2026 to 12/09/2026 for a total of 58 hours.
Participants who successfully complete the BIP will receive an ENHANCE Certificate of Achievement, bearing 5 ECTS.
